One quick setup.
No account. No subscription. Just a download and one macOS permission.
Download and unzip MacShortcuts. Drag MacShortcuts.app into your Applications folder, then open it. Confirm Open if macOS asks.
Follow the app’s setup window to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. Turn on MacShortcuts so it can move and resize windows.
Screen Recording, Input Monitoring, and Full Disk Access are not required. If permission looks enabled but isn’t working, use Set Up Permissions → Reset Permission in the app, then enable it again.
Focus a window and try ⌃ ⌥ ←. Open the MacShortcuts menu-bar icon for Settings and more commands. All shortcuts are yours to change.
Your workspace stays yours.
MacShortcuts stores your settings on your Mac. It has no analytics, ads, or account system. Accessibility is used to work with windows—not to record your screen.
Update checks are optional. The app can contact a release service when you check for updates; it never downloads or installs an update automatically. This website uses no analytics or tracking cookies. Cloudflare serves the site and downloads and may process standard request information, such as your IP address.
